Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
Little Rabbit Holes is operated by Tom Crowe Digital. This policy explains what is stored when you create an account or use the feed. Questions go to contact@cleverlittlemachines.com.
What is stored
- Your email and a hashed password. The password itself is not stored.
- The time you created the account, and that you agreed to the Terms and this policy.
- Whether you asked for the weekly email.
- Your saves, hides, and more or less choices. These stay on your account.
- A sign-in session, kept for up to 30 days so you stay signed in.
Why
The account is stored so the feed can remember what you saved and what you would like less of. The weekly email is sent only if you opt in. Sessions are stored so you do not have to sign in on every visit. That is the contract for using the site, and the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare, using Workers and a database in Western Europe. Cloudflare processes it to host the site. There is no advertising network and no analytics product plugged in. Password reset and the weekly letter are sent by email from contact@cleverlittlemachines.com.
How long
Account data stays until you delete the account or ask for it to be deleted. Sessions expire after 30 days. A password reset link expires after one hour.
Sharing
Your reading choices are not shown to other people and are not sold. They are not used to train a model.
Your choices
You can see your email in Account, turn the weekly letter off, or delete the account. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held for you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. Email contact@cleverlittlemachines.com and say which account you mean.
